The U.S. Russia Foundation is a U.S. public charity with an endowment of $140 million whose mission is to support the development of Russia's private sector and cooperation between Russians and Americans. Applicant should have at least two-year financial history and established track record. No limitation on budget amount. Final decision made by USRF Board of Directors.
Only accepts applications from officially registered organizations. Does not support proposals from individuals or groups without organizational registration. Preference for efficient budgets achieving best value at lowest cost.
