    The Yawkey Foundation continues the charitable legacy of Tom and Jean Yawkey by making significant and positive impacts on the quality of life for children, families, and the underserved in Eastern Massachusetts and Georgetown County, South Carolina.     How to Apply

    Submit Initial Proposal through new Applicant Portal. One Initial Proposal per calendar year allowed. Review periods: 90-120 days for Program & Small Capital, 6-12 months for Strategic Investment, 12-18 months for Transformational Capital. If selected, invited to submit full Grant Application.

    Does not fund: general or ongoing program operations, personnel expenses including stipends, consultants, programs specific to individual public or charter schools/districts cities towns or counties. Does not support athletic programs specific to individual towns districts or counties. Currently focusing Youth & Amateur Athletics on baseball and softball only.
