    Letter of Inquiry (LOI) process. Foundation staff read and review each submitted LOI and will reach out with questions. Work with Board to narrow down LOIs to invite select few proposals. Both programs available for inquiry at certain times of year.

    Only funds registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations for work in United States. Foundation is in spend-down trajectory with final grants by 2027-2028 and closing thereafter. Some programs closed to new applicants.
