    How to Apply

    All grant applications must be submitted in response to specific RFPs. Applications must strictly adhere to Foundation's Humane Use of Animals policy. Acorn proposals limited to 8 pages. Oak proposals limited to 12 pages for large-scale projects over $30,000. Submit interim reports every 6 months through online grantee portal. Contact chfgrants@akcchf.org for questions.
