    How to Apply

    Two-step process: Letter of Inquiry must be submitted via Online Grant Application System between December 1st and February 1st. If approved, Grant Application instructions sent and full application due by April 1st via Online Grant Application System. Applicants notified by July 1st.

    Does Not Fund

    Will not accept proposals from individuals or for-profit organizations. Does not encourage proposals from religious organizations, government agencies, or proposals for endowments, contingency funding, or debt reduction. Generally does not seek proposals for health care initiatives or animal welfare programs. Geographic focus primarily on Central New York (Onondaga County and surrounding counties).
