    Email applications to office@theoconnorfoundation.org. Early submission encouraged. Required attachments include proof of federal tax exemption, organization budget, balance sheets and income statements for prior 2 years, project budget. Board meets twice yearly (spring and fall).

    Will not fund: repayment of debt/old bills, projects that have already started, completed projects. Geographic restriction to Delaware County NY and contiguous counties. Organizations limited to $300,000 annually across all committees.
