    Organizations must have a Spark Good account on Walmart.com/nonprofits and be verified by Deed. Local Community Grants accepts applications year-round ($250-$5000). Strategic grants by invitation only. 2025 grant cycle begins March 10, 2025, quarterly applications.

    Organizations that deny service based on race, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, veteran, or disability status. Non-charities including 501(c)(4)s, (c)(6)s, and (c)(19)s not eligible. Must be in good standing with IRS.
