    How to Apply

    Spring applications are accepted from December 15 - February 1 and Fall Applications are accepted from June 15 - August 1. The Foundation reviews proposals in the order they are received. Because there is a finite amount of funds budgeted for each grants cycle, you are encouraged to submit your proposal early in the application period. The Foundation only gives grants to nonprofit organizations with a valid tax exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and which are classified as public charities.

    Does Not Fund

    The Foundation does not make grants for operating support, endowment, special events, sponsorships, annual fundraising campaigns, or through fiscal sponsors or agents. Grants will not be made for leases or rentals of equipment, for subscription-based software, or any other recurring fees. Grants are not made to individuals, or for projects outside the United States of America. The Foundation does not approve more than one grant to an organization in a calendar year. If grants are approved to an organization for several consecutive years, we may decide to take a skip year for funding.
