The Wilf Family Foundations mission is to perpetuate the philanthropic vision of the Wilf family, initiated by the Foundations founders, Harry and Joseph Wilf, who were brothers and survivors of the Holocaust. In keeping with the Jewish traditions of tzedakah and tikkun olam, the Wilf Family Foundations provide grants to support Jewish causes, underserved communities, educational opportunities and the advancement of social justice for all.
Following the 2020 murder of George Floyd, the Wilf Family Foundations announced $4 million in grants as the initial installment of a long-term commitment to social justice causes, focusing on education equity, economic opportunity, the expansion and protection of voting rights, access to human services and criminal justice reform.
The Foundations do not accept unsolicited grant applications and any funding requests will not receive a response. Contact: WilfFamilyFoundations@berlinrosen.com for general inquiries.
