    The mission of the Hill-Snowdon Foundation is to work with low income families and communities to create a fair and just society. HSF seeks to accomplish this mission by providing grants to organizations that work directly to build the power of low-income families; leveraging their and others' resources; and promoting opportunities for learning and growth.

    How to Apply

    HSF does not accept unsolicited proposals. Organizations must thoroughly review their website to see if they fit with HSF's interests and meet their grantmaking criteria. If there is a strong fit, contact them through their Contact Us Form. Starting in 2019, all proposals need to be submitted via the Blackbaud Grantmaking System with individualized link provided in RFP email. Two grant cycles per year in spring and fall.
