    2025 grant-making budget is $15 million. Economic justice funding approximately $3.9M, environmental justice approximately $3.4M, racial justice approximately $3.9M, program-related investments approximately $4M. Most grants range $50,000-$250,000. Three grant categories: Venture Grants (up to $100k for one year), Advancement Grants (up to $250k annually for up to two years), Enterprise Grants ($250k+ annually for more than two years, invitation-only).

    How to Apply

    Letters of Inquiry (LOI) portal open January 16, 2025 through June 30, 2025, then reopens October 1, 2025 until June 2026. Portal closed July 1-September 30 annually for assessment. LOIs reviewed on rolling basis with decisions made within 12 weeks. Foundation offers grants and PRIs (Program-Related Investments) ranging from $250,000-$750,000.

    Does not fund social or direct service projects not part of larger advocacy strategy (e.g., cash transfer, work development programs, food and education services, housing assistance). Does not support fundraising events, sponsorships, panel requests, or galas. Geographic restriction: supports organizations in United States, its Territories, and Israel-Palestine.
