    Complete online inquiry form first. Foundation staff will review and follow up about next steps. Full proposals may be submitted only after invitation from the Foundation. Trustees review grant requests three times per year.

    Geographic restriction: requests from organizations or schools outside of southwestern Pennsylvania cannot be considered unless invited. No individuals - cannot fulfill requests from individuals. No indirect/general overhead/administrative cost assessments.
