    Foundation's grantmaking performed through three methods: invited proposals, Requests for Proposal (RFP), and unsolicited proposals that may be of interest to Foundation; Board of directors meets three times per year (spring, summer, and fall) to review and approve proposals; applicants notified by email once proposal has been approved for funding; organizations must be 501(c)(3) public charity and located in one of 62 counties in Pennsylvania (except Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties) or state of West Virginia
