    How to Apply

Organizations can submit a brief proposal for feedback before completing a full application. The Foundation provides feedback to all prospective applicants within two months, pending volume of requests. The Foundation accepts and reviews applications year-round and notifies all applicants of the outcome once they've made a final funding decision. In 2025, they transitioned to a new grant management system, and all applicants must create a new account in this system to apply for funding. All applications must be submitted through their online portal.

    Does Not Fund

The Foundation provides less restrictive funding, enabling partners to serve veterans excluded from publicly administered benefits, sometimes due to income and/or discharge status.
