Woods Fund Chicago is a grantmaking foundation committed to the promotion of social, economic, and racial justice through the support of community organizing and public policy advocacy that engages people that are most impacted.
Since 1993, Woods Fund Chicago has awarded more than $90,000,000 to support the organizing and advocacy sector in Chicago. Funds over $4 million each year to grantee partners who organize their communities in the fight for racial and economic justice.

Must be based in Chicago metropolitan area; must be 501(c)(3) or fiscally sponsored; focus on community organizing; prefer grassroots (<$1M budget) and small organizations ($1-3M budget).
