How to Apply
Applications open for one month annually in February with grants announced in July. New applicants submit Organizational Profile Form through GivingData portal. Contact Deborah Clark at dclark@woodsfund.org.

Must be based in Chicago metropolitan area; must be 501(c)(3) or fiscally sponsored; focus on community organizing; prefer grassroots (<$1M budget) and small organizations ($1-3M budget).
