No support for churches or schooling from K-12; no grants to individuals or endowment funds; no loans; no funding for land acquisition, building construction (bricks and mortar), or endowments; does not fund new or startup organizations; does not fund denominational organizations; ministries serving only local US populations (except Colorado)
