The Joyce Foundation invests in evidence-informed public policies and strategies to advance racial equity and economic mobility for the next generation in the Great Lakes Region. How to Apply
Two-step process: 1) Letter of Inquiry (LOI) required first, submitted 6-8 weeks before proposal deadline, 2) Formal proposal by invitation only after LOI review. Uses Fluxx online grants management system. Board meetings in April, July, December.
