Community Grant applications open December 1, 2025 for human services. Special Projects require LOI followed by invitation to full proposal. Contact encouraged prior to submission. Decisions made twice yearly in spring and fall.

Organizations must work in urban cores of St. Paul or Minneapolis or East Metropolitan suburbs; Community Grant applicants must have annual budgets of at least $300,000; Programs must have annual budget of at least $80,000; Limited new organizations accepted yearly; Special Projects limited to current grantees only; No general operating support for Special Projects; Minimum $100,000 for Special Projects; Not accepting new housing requests
