    Organizations must work in urban cores of St. Paul or Minneapolis or East Metropolitan suburbs; Community Grant applicants must have annual budgets of at least $300,000; Programs must have annual budget of at least $80,000; Limited new organizations accepted yearly; Special Projects limited to current grantees only; No general operating support for Special Projects; Minimum $100,000 for Special Projects; Not accepting new housing requests
