    When requesting $25,000 or more, a Grant Request Form is required. For smaller grants, send written request detailing project, expected outcomes and impact (5 pages maximum).     Beginning in 2022, not accepting new general operating grant proposals. No longer provides operating grants to previously unfunded grantees. Rarely awards grants to new organizations with no previous involvement. Geographic focus on West Michigan.
