    Grant application process starts with email to grants@phsacf.org to discuss proposed project. Complete grant application online including organization's budget, board of directors list. Applications submitted through online portal by 11:59 PM deadline. Grant cycles: February 1 (Little Traverse Bay Protection), March 1 (Community and Youth), October 1 (Community and Youth).
