    Funded Initiatives

    Recipients attending a two-year college or vocational/technical school receive up to $2,000 annually for part-time enrollment or up to $4,000 annually for full-time enrollment. Recipients attending a four-year college or university receive up to $6,000 annually for part-time enrollment or up to $12,000 annually for full-time enrollment. Awards may be renewed for up to five additional years. As of 2023, the foundation has awarded 5,826 scholarships totaling $7,637,000.

    How to Apply

    The program is administered by Scholarship America. Applications are due April 15. Applicants must be current postsecondary undergraduates or high school graduates. Preference is given to nontraditional students who did not go directly to college after high school. As part of your application, you must upload a current, complete transcript of grades. Selection of recipients is made by Scholarship America. Applicants will be notified in June via email.
