    How to Apply

    Two grant cycles per year (Spring and Fall). Must complete Letter of Inquiry (LOI) first. Siebert staff reviews LOI and responds within 5 business days. If approved, invited to submit full grant application through online grants portal. Consultation with program staff encouraged for first-time applicants.

    Does Not Fund

    Pan-Lutheran focus: ELCA, LCMS, and WELS only. Geographic focus Wisconsin (especially Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine, Kenosha counties). Capital requests limited to 10% of project budget. One active grant per organization per year.
