The Robert F. Schumann Foundation was established by Mr. Schumann to improve the quality of life of both humans and animals by supporting environmental, educational, arts and cultural organizations and agencies. Foundation typically does not fund general operations, prefers projects that would not have been pursued without foundation support, geographic preference for Northeast Mid-Atlantic East Coast regions though no hard geographic limitations
