    Since its founding, the Foundation has assisted thousands of Dickenson County students with millions of dollars in scholarships. Contributed $947,904 in grants during 2024. Merit Scholarships to Ridgeview High School students valued at one thousand dollars per semester and renewable for four years

    How to Apply

    The Columbus Phipps Foundation begins January of each year taking applications for scholarships from students attending colleges or professional schools in the fall. Applications must be postmarked or in the Foundation office by May 15. Students who receive scholarships must reapply each year.
