    All grant requests must be submitted via online application portal. Applications accepted throughout the year and considered at next scheduled Trustee meeting. Trustees meet three times per year with deadlines February 15, June 15, and October 15. Foundation may require additional information or site visit. 12-month waiting period between applications.

    Geographic preference for Atlanta metro area where Cox does business, organizations outside Atlanta must have endorsement letter from local Cox business leader, must be 501(c)(3) with non-private foundation status, no pending 501(c)(3) status accepted, 12-month waiting period between applications
