Ryder manages critical fleet, transportation and supply chain functions for over 50,000 customers, many of which make the products that consumers use every day. We are committed to helping build strong, sustainable communities. From giving grants and donations to encouraging our people to volunteer, we are constantly finding new ways to get involved and make a difference.
Ryder Charitable Foundation expands opportunity and diversity in the transportation industry by funding research, scholarships, and internships at leading universities including Georgia Tech, Howard University, and the University of Tennessee. Ryder's 2024 United Way workplace campaign totaled $1.150 million, including employee donations and foundation contributions.
The Ryder Charitable Foundation no longer has an open grant application process. We work to support the communities we serve, and now proactively identify projects that align with our giving strategy.
