    All processes throughout the Foundation's grant cycle will now be on line. To submit an LOI you must log into the system. LOIs received will receive a response from the Foundation by the date noted in the Dates to Remember section of the Home page. Every LOI submitted will receive a response.

    Does Not Fund

    Priority is given to organizations that have at least one full-time employee and a broad base of supporters and have been in operation providing programs and services for a minimum of two years. Grants to start-up operations are considered by invitation only. Organizations can only be considered by the Foundation Board one time during a calendar year. Any previous grants must be closed prior to submitting an LOI.
