    Funded Initiatives

    Since 2006, CPF has funded more than 50 research grants totaling more than $10 million. Recent grants include Electric Vehicle Parking Garage Research, Owner's Readiness Assessment for Design-Build Projects, Rebar Cage Safety research at University of Nevada Reno, FastFloor System modular steel floor framing, and Risk Allocation Guide for Design-Build Projects.

    How to Apply

    Submit a Research Need Statement (RNS) for a project. CPF staff reviews the RNS and then the CPF Board reviews each proposal for its qualitative innovation and potential for positive impact on the AEC industry. CPF staff negotiates terms and conditions and provides leadership, support, and review of every project.
