    How to Apply

    Requests $5,000 or less can be submitted any time online and are reviewed quarterly. Requests greater than $5,000 are reviewed at quarterly board meetings held in March, June, September and December, and must be submitted at least 12 weeks in advance of each meeting.

    General operating support will not be considered. Religious groups or churches will not be considered except those with programs benefiting the broad community. Tax-supported organizations generally excluded. Health disease-specific organizations generally excluded. Fund-raising events and activities generally excluded. Individual schools and persons generally excluded. Organizations with discriminatory policies excluded.
