    Will not fund: loans to individuals or organizations, conduit funding, debt retirement, memberships, tickets, fund-raising events, previously denied proposals, legislation influence, election activities. Must be 501(c)(3) in continental US. No discrimination based on sex, age, religion. One request per year per organization.
