    Grant applications first require submission of a Letter of Inquiry (LOI) via our online portal, which may be submitted at any time during the year. The Foundation carries out two grantmaking cycles each year. After reviewing your LOI, if the Board believes a full proposal is warranted, you will receive an invitation to submit a grant application approximately four weeks after the date noted above.
